Through design led innovation we’ve worked with guests and owners to challenge the preconceptions of a ‘boring’ business hotel to deliver inspiring settings, more flexible working environments, enhanced service, food that fuels and technology to get the job done. All set to come together in three European flagships starting to rollout in London, Paris and Hamburg later this year.


Spearheading the retransformation is The Plaza Workspace. The result is a casual, buzzing space, where guests and local businesses can switch effortlessly between work and downtime throughout the day.


We’re redefining the guest room experience.  The WorkLife Room is a calming environment designed with three distinct zones to effortlessly support work, relaxation and a better night’s sleep.
